Ruby "GABA" Oolong Tea. What we like to call our "Plum Blossom Oolong", GABA is a rare breed of Oolong tea that replaces oxygen with nitrogen during the crafting and oxidation process. The result is a one-of-a-kind flavor profile: jammy, dark fruits (think plum or fig) layered over earthy, subtly spicy undertones. A rare and delightful tea.

Nutritionally, due to the nitrogen infusion process, this oolong is high in GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid), which has long been associated with inducing elevated mood.
